I rarely like to make thing complicated. I don't use make up artists or wardrobe specialists. Most of the time I don't even know what location I'm going to use until I get in the car and start heading toward it.

It's sort of odd what memories stick in the mind. I made this image several years ago and just about the only thing I remember is that my legs were well over ankle deep in mud at the time I was clicking away at the shutter.

Typically I don't miss the spring and summer all that much. I like it cold and I like the rain. The world feels clean and fresh, the air more crisp in the winter and fall.
