One of the nice things about spending your time with another photographer is sometimes inspiration will happen when you least expect it. Yesterday while running errands with Dorothy Glenn, we came across this lovely tree at the perfect time of day with the sun finding its way down toward the ridge of mountains in the west.
Luckily a camera was not far away and we had about thirty minutes to kill so what better way to mark the moment then to take some pictures? Truth be told, I probably could have just kept going for a while on this one. The colors were so perfect and it really didn't matter which way Dorothy moved her head, the light just seemed to fall the way it should.
