The last few days I’ve been doing some fresh scans of old negatives. Mostly for archiving purposes. The last time I touched this particular negative I was using a much older scanner and so the digital copy I had on file was not nearly as good. Sometimes it can be quite fun to go back and revisit old work.
This image as made using a Mamiya C330 TLR and Fomapan 100 speed film. It was an extremely gray, rainy, and wet day when this was made and I’m still really surprised I was able to get such a good exposure under such conditions. Typically the ground glass on my TLR’s just fogs up immediately whenever I try to work in the rain.
