Well, this hasn’t happened to me in quite some time. I went to my local camera shop to stock up on film for an upcoming session and they didn’t have any of my usual film stocks on the shelves. Great… So I had to take a little bit of a risk and go with a film I don’t typically buy very often. I figured I couldn’t go wrong sticking with Ilford so I went with Ilford Delta 100.
Ilford Delta film stocks are usually a little too sharp for me. After developing this image my opinion hasn’t really changed all that much. I tend to like a bit of haze and grain in my results with film. That being said, I’m happy with the results and it feels a little refreshing to work with something outside of my wheelhouse.
