I've been digging around in thrift stores a lot lately (mostly looking for old vinyl records) which means I've also been looking at old magazines so please excuse all the posts lately about vintage ads.

Every so often I love to underexpose black and white film on purpose. There is something fabulous and eerie about a wide open composition underexposed by about two, maybe even three stops.
