I recently decided to treat myself with the purchase of a Pentax 67 (Or Pentax 6x7 depending on who you ask). It's one of those cameras I've had my eye on for years but could never quite justify buying.

I made this image with a Canon Elan IIe 35mm SLR that I bought at a thrift store for only a few bucks. The lens attached to the camera was nothing special either. Just your standard 50mm that probably came with the camera when it was new.

I'm noticing that once again there is a distinct lack of color film going on in this blog. That shouldn't be shocking for anyone who follows my work but never-the-less it is time to make a correction.

The Hi-Matic AF2 has a 38mm fixed focal length lens with an f/2.8 maximum aperture. It's a fairly sharp lens and the autofocus and auto exposure seem to be pretty accurate.
