One of my favorite Lumen prints from recent efforts. The color shifts going on toward the top of the image aren't really given justice in this scan, but hey, that is the nature of scanning sometimes I guess. The plant that was used had quite a bit of moisture in it that bled out all over the paper as it sat in the sun for a couple of days. In the physical print it almost looks like a series of blood vessels swirling through the organic material of the plant.
For anyone reading this who has never done a Lumen Print, there is a good tutorial here. I still maintain they are an excellent way to make art on the cheap when you have only a little bit of time on your hands but still want to be creative and just exercise the brain a bit.
