It's amazing to me that there are still places in this world one can go without seeing another person in sight. I suppose I take advantage of this fact often given what I do and I purposely seek such places out. It isn't as hard as you might think.
I photographed this image near the Salt Flats in Southern California. It was toward the end of the day though you'd never know it by the bright sun that still persisted in the western sky. I like the feeling of isolation that comes with this particular frame. It was a palpable vibe at the time I was composing it.
