I made this image with a roll of Kodak Tri-X film that was about twenty years expired. It was so expired an old that the cardboard box the film came in was deteriorate, brittle, and falling apart.

Working with the 4x5 view camera for portraits is challenging to say the least. But when the focus is achieved exactly where you want it I really like the results. The amount of depth of tone and bokeh just blows me away.
