It’s that time of year again when things feel like they are winding down to a close and I need to reset and get myself organized. That means buying a new day planner for the year 2020, labeling negative sleeves and archiving developed rolls into storage, and scanning the remaining frames that have been sitting on my desk for months that I never seemed to get around to.
As tedious as all that might sound believe it or not I enjoy it.
This image was a bit of a challenging negative (hence, why I was putting off scanning it for several months) because the exposure was significantly under what it should have been. Probably under by at least two stops based on visual inspection. I’m not really sure why. I must have been off my game quite a bit when I photographed it. However, with a little bit of care and time I think I managed to pull off a decent looking image with the scan.
